工藝工程師(光通器件)

工作職責(zé)：負(fù)責(zé)光通無源器件或模塊的光學(xué)組裝、測試?藝，產(chǎn)品有WDM或Switch, VOA可變光衰減器, TF可調(diào)濾波器Filter，MPO光跳線, 光模塊EDFA摻餌光纖放大器
任職要求：本科學(xué)歷，理?科專業(yè)，光、電、機(jī)械、?動化類專業(yè)佳；1年以上電?機(jī)械行業(yè)工藝工作經(jīng)驗，光通行業(yè)佳；有良好工藝知識，有光學(xué)基礎(chǔ)佳，光模塊產(chǎn)品需良好的數(shù)電模電基礎(chǔ)；邏輯條理清晰，良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；工作積極主動，良好的異常分析解決問題能力，項目管理能力；CET, 英語口語可簡單交流流利佳。

職位概述：
Main Duty:
1維護(hù)生產(chǎn)線穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，及時解決異常，保證訂單按時交付。
Maintain the stable operation of the production line, solve abnormalities in time, and ensure that orders are delivered on time.
2推動工藝持續(xù)優(yōu)化（生產(chǎn)工藝、流程、夾治具等），提升合格率、效率、降低操作難度，降低報廢。
Promote the continuous optimization of the process (production process, process, fixture, etc.), improve the pass rate, efficiency, reduce operation difficulty, and reduce COPQ.


工作內(nèi)容：

1按訂單需求準(zhǔn)備制作工藝路線，制程要求、測試模板等。
Prepare process routes, process requirements, test templates, etc. according to order requirements.
2主導(dǎo)量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中的已知失效模式的分析、改善，及時解決生產(chǎn)異常。
Lead the analysis and improvement of known failure modes in the production process, and solve production abnormalities in time.
3熟悉工藝要求和關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)，對工藝關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)日常執(zhí)行的審查確認(rèn)，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并糾正異常。
Familiar with process requirements and critical control points, review and confirm the daily implementation of critical process, and find and correct abnormalities in time.
4利用SPC監(jiān)控合格率變化、失效模式變化，及時介入異常改善分析
Use SPC to monitor the abnormal of pass rate and failure mode, and timely intervene in abnormal improvement analysis
5針對Top3失效模式，指定改善計劃，持續(xù)改善。
Aiming at the Top3 failure modes, specify an improvement plan for continuous improvement.
6對關(guān)鍵失效/致命失效不良品失效分析，確認(rèn)Root Cause，制定定改善措施
Conduct failure analysis on critical failures/fatal failures, confirm Root Cause, and output improvement measures.
7支持RMA產(chǎn)品FA分析，主導(dǎo)改善措施的制定和實(shí)施。
Support the FA analysis of RMA products, and lead the formulation and implementation of improvement measures.
8定期對生產(chǎn)、測試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理，關(guān)注工藝能力變化。如有異常，進(jìn)行分析改善。
Regularly analyze production data and test data, and pay attention to changes in process capabilities. If abnormal, analyze and improve it.
9跟進(jìn)樣品訂單/小批量訂單生產(chǎn)，整理分析生產(chǎn)、測試數(shù)據(jù)，輸出明確結(jié)論。
Follow up the production of sample orders/small batch orders, analyze production data and test data, and output conclusions.
10編訂和維護(hù)操作指導(dǎo)書、制程要求文件、測試模板和其他生產(chǎn)相關(guān)文件
Compile and maintain operating instructions, process requirements documents, test templates and other production-related documents
11定期對測試系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)確性（GRR或Golden Sample測試情況）進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。如有異常，進(jìn)行分析改善。
Regularly analysis the accuracy of the test system (GRR or Golden Sample test conditions). If abnormal, analyze and improve it.
12排除生產(chǎn)工位、測試設(shè)備/系統(tǒng)的簡單異常。報告PE無法解決的軟件、系統(tǒng)、硬件、設(shè)備異常，尋求其他資源及時解決問題。
Eliminate simple abnormalities in production stations and test equipments/systems. Report software, system, hardware, and equipment abnormalities that PE cannot solve in a timely manner, and seek other resources to solve problems in a timely manner.
13對來料異常進(jìn)行初步的分析和風(fēng)險評估。
Preliminary analysis and risk assessment of incoming material abnormalities.
14主導(dǎo)ORT失效分析和產(chǎn)品風(fēng)險評估
Lead ORT failure analysis and product risk assessment
15評審、考核員工相應(yīng)崗位上崗資格
Review and assess the qualifications of employees for corresponding posts
16選拔技術(shù)員，對技術(shù)員進(jìn)行工藝培訓(xùn)，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)員協(xié)助PE進(jìn)行日常工藝改進(jìn)和項目跟進(jìn)。
Select technicians, Technical training for technicians, and lead technicians to assist PE in process improvement and project follow-up.
